Halloween is winding down, which makes it a perfect time to reflect on celebrity costumes! There were some interesting selections among the wacky, wild and funny world of celebs. Not to be outdone by sexy outfits, Katy Perry went the opposite direction. She grabbed her Cheetos labeled “handbag” and hit the streets as a Cheeto. Kind of reminiscent of her Dark Horse video, maybe she likes the spicy snack.
