Tales From the Borderlands Episode 3 Releasing Late June: Features ‘Queenpin’ Vallory

Tales from the Borderlands Episode 3: Catch a Ride is slated for release on the week commencing June 23. The next chapter in Telltale’s episodic adventure series will be available for download on the PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Android and iOS.

Thus far, the installments haven’t exactly come thick and fast, with the very first chapter (Zer0 Sum) emerging back in November of last year. The follow-up to Zer0 Sum, Atlas Mugged, took over three months to hit the digital shelves, eventually seeing a March 17, 2015, release.

Telltale released a brief synopsis of Episode 3: Catch a Ride. For those of you who are patiently waiting to play all of the episodes at once, it’s perhaps best to skip the next, slightly spoilery, part of this article.

“Lost in the mysterious jungle of an Atlas terraforming facility, Fiona finds help from an unexpected mentor, Rhys continues to share brain-space with the disembodied mind of a dead dictator, and love is in the air,” stated Telltale.

“Pursued by the ruthless criminal ‘Queenpin’ Vallory, and with very little help from Vaughn’s accountancy skills (or stellar abs), getting anywhere near the Vault will be entirely up to you.”

As with each of the previous episodes, Catch a Ride will see players switching between primary protagonists Fiona and Rhys, as they regale past events to their unidentified kidnapper, one of Pandora’s many, many bandits.
