The deep web is hidden from what is commonly known as the surface web. The surface web is what we access today; Google, Yahoo, Bing, news stories, etc. It is easily accessible to larger audiences and does not require much outside an Internet connection, an operating system and the default browser. Yet, under this surface is a hidden web that cannot be accessed by going to Google. It’s called the Deep Web. It is not indexed, it is encrypted and can be accessed by select browsers, the most popular? Tor.
The deep web is specific to those who want to browse the web, innocently, and to veil their IP addresses. Maybe access Facebook and even Gmail without specific tracking/tracing. But, below this surface is a branch of the deep web called the dark web.
The dark web provides a level of additional obscurity for users, especially journalists, who may communicate with sources and need to send encrypted emails. Yet, there is a darkside to the dark web, and that includes child pornography, killers for hire, animal abuse, rape and more. There are more “innocent” sites such as stolen products sold for bitcoin, such as Apple iPhones and more. There are drugs and steroids of every variation available for purchase. All available for review, many for profit. Seekers of the inhumane, destructive side of the web investigate intricate portals to find pictures, videos and even what is rumored, red rooms.

The Darknet of the Deep Web Explained By Takedownman (TDM)
He is known as the man who goes under the covers of the deep web to explore and probe the inner workings of the darknet. His moniker has built a following of more than 92,000 subscribers and his YouTube videos have garnered more than 9.8 million views. TDM has made it his mission to expose some of the deepest, darkest websites from the darknet.
He works in collaboration with sources on Internet Relay Chat (IRC), and those who claim to be members of Anonymous, Lizard Squad and more. Their ideology has one giant goal - expose and take down as many disgusting sites from the darknet as possible. TDM developed an interest in the dark side of the web when he was a teenager. A friend’s father, who served jail time, showed them how to crawl IP addresses and hack expertly into phone systems.
Viral Global News had the opportunity to catch TDM for an interview regarding certain aspects of the darknet.
VGN: Can you tell us what exactly is a red room?
TDM: Yes. It is a portal that requires specific access to watch and even participate during a live feed showing torture, rape and murder.
VGN: Who are these victims? Where did these site owners locate the victims?
TDM: The victims can be babies, teens, women, men - whatever the audience wants. The victims can be teen runaways who were lured by these organizations. They also tend to target homeless women and families by offering a good life for their kids. So, they pay the families, take the babies promising a good life, and end up in horrible situations such as a red room.
VGN: People pay to watch these live streams?
TDM: Yes. Take for an example someone entering a red room. The host tells them five minimum commands before the victim can be killed. Each guest can pay, for example, $10,000 per command. All bitcoin.
VGN: Can’t someone just pay to release a victim?
TDM: No. Death is mandatory and will be completed. The site owners have information on the guests, so they won’t offer a release.
VGN: Reportedly, Peter Scully, who was recently arrested in the Philippines was busted for running a pedophile ring. He is supposedly behind Daisy’s destruction (a video of a pre-treen who was brutally beaten, raped and murdered for live-stream profit) and in the creation of baby/toddler red rooms. Can you tell us a little bit more about that?
TDM: You mean the DAFU Love video?
VGN: Yes, there is controversy if it is legit.
TDM: I personally never saw the video, I would not want to. But I received info from IRC sources and the information all matched across the board. It showed Scully was behind the production and development of red rooms showing the torture, rape and murder of children, as small as newborns. Scully is a rich man, and it is possible the Philippines may not charge him as they need to, because of those riches. No Limits Funds is the production company that is owned and managed by Scully who produces and releases these videos and live feeds.

VGN: Wow, this is a lot of dark, dark stuff. Are these sites the majority?
TDM: No. But, the darkest of them still create big problems.
VGN: I hate to ask, but what other sites exist out in the dark web?
TDM: The darkest ones include sites like Truth or Rape, expect to see a video of a live rape in this Onion forum if someone fails to omit a personal truth. There is Pink Meth and Pink Meth 2 which exposes women from around the world by hacking their webcams and trying to expose their identity. Many of those who run the site will take the girls’ pictures and share it on the world wide web in hopes of pushing the girl to suicide or other dark methods of escape.

VGN: In a nation of oversharing on Facebook, do you think what we share is placing us in potential danger?
TDM: Absolutely. Take the pictures of your kids off Facebook. Cover your webcams, they can be hacked and that information placed on the dark web. It can become a gateway to darker reasons.

This article can turn into days long of information. After all, the deep web is approximately 500 percent larger than the surface web, and continues to grow. TDM shared for every site seized by the feds or outlaws like him, several more pop-up. This is information you need to know.
- If you decide to download Tor expect the risks. The deep web is not illegal, but what you do on it may determine that outcome.
- NEVER click on the Twitter icon in the darknet. It leads to child pornography and not the Twitter we know on the surface web. The darknet Twitter icon is NOT managed by the Twitter we know.
- Child pornography (CP), jailbait pornography (JB) is everywhere in the deep web. It may be advertised on a site you are reviewing. The deplorable aspect of this truth signifies a massive issue we need to focus on.
- Stop advising friends on Facebook when you are leaving for vacation, going to bed or where you are going to eat dinner. This indicates a weakness in your protection level that can be used. TDM shares regardless of what we think, there are people out there who hate us and may want to escalate that.
- Never share a status on Facebook that asks for your favorite colors, kids names, age, etc. delete it! This opens portals of password access and access to additional sites.
- TDM suggests if you are going to explore the deep web to avoid all downloads, random clicking and never allow access to Javascript. Implement security measures.
- Backup your computer data, copy important pictures and documents to an external harddrive and delete it off your computer. Have a firewall and antivirus implemented.
- TDM advises when you are watching a video on the deep web, your webcam can be hacked and your information collected.
- If you make a transaction in the deep web, bitcoin and prepaid cards do not protect your identity, TDM shares. He also shares if you access the deep web enough, you may get a knock on your door like he did from law enforcement. He has proven his innocence of sharing educational videos with no sinister intent.
- Random clicking can lead you down portals you don’t want to travel. Including human torture, sacrifice and animal torture and sacrifice.

Watch what you share- those who know you are away from home or where your children are should be very limited, and off social media. Share when you return home.
