Apple Reveals That White Men Run the Show in Silicon Valley

A new study released by tech giant Apple, Inc. reveals that just as in the rest of American society, white men run the show in Silicon Valley. Despite massive attempts in the U.S. to get girls and women interested in STEM, the cesspool cradle of technology in San Francisco is dominated primarily by Caucasian males, with Asian males following next. 70 percent of Apple’s entire work force is made up of men, and 80 percent of its technology workers, specifically, are men. They are not doing anything differently than their competitors, though, and other tech companies cannot boast better statistics. Yahoo and Google have similar gender profiles. Besides sexism, racism in hiring also comes into play here, with 77 percent of Apple workers being white.

Apple CEO Tim Cook cried some major crocodile tears after the news broke, saying he is “not satisfied” with the statistics, and so forth. His carrying on with fabricated dramatics will do nothing to change the situation. Silicon Valley is made up of every bad “ism” in the English lexicon: racism, sexism and ageism are the first things that spring to mind, but running parallel with these undesirable isms are the other ones that make Silicon Valley even more evil.

Those other terrible isms: absolutism, materialism, privatism, classism, elitism and many others, cannot be ignored in the discussion of how the men in Silicon Valley obtain and retain power. As with nearly all world religions, there is a rigid focus on oppressing women as well as controlling societies with false promises and damaging behaviors. Silicon Valley is responsible, collectively, for not only keeping women and minorities out of tech but also for the vast dumbing down of all Americans, especially children, with addictive and dangerous gadgets. The men who work in Silicon Valley then reap the rewards creating a society of “sheeple” in the same way that religious leaders have done for centuries.

Indeed, technology has become like a religion, with self-described “tech evangelists” essentially dictating how Americans are supposed to live. They have gotten most U.S. citizens addicted to gadgets and created an entire generation of the dumbest people in history by rotting consumers’ brains with electronics. The effects of this can be seen in U.S. students’ declining test scores, the overall dreadful education situation here, rising childhood obesity levels (studies prove that children do not play outside anymore because they are too busy playing video games inside), and the overall stupefication of almost all American citizens. This greatly benefits the men of Silicon Valley in a variety of ways; namely: they get to keep all the money and all the power while the masses suffer and women and minorities still get passed over for jobs.

Apple has revealed that white men run the show in Silicon Valley, and subsequently made a big production over what they might do about it. Cook has come out and said they will do “more.” “More” is altogether vague, is it not? By stating some amorphous sentiment that is impossible to pin down or assign meaningful benchmarks to, Cook releases himself from ever being held accountable for his promise, which is constructed of essentially nothing.

None of the men in Silicon Valley will do “more” to solve this problem, and you can take that to the bank.

Anyone who believes Cook and his false concern is deluding themselves. If Cook or any of his cronies actually wanted to do something about the the situation, you know what they could do?

They could hire more women and minorities.

It is definitely not rocket science to find an immediate solution and to get the statistics where they should be. In fact it is extraordinarily simple, but they are not going to do that, because that would mean they would have to stop hoarding all the power and money, and that is not what they want. In fact it is the exact opposite of what they want. They want to be extremely rich, and extremely powerful, and oppress others, because that is what white men have always done, and that is what they will continue to do.

In ten years, the numbers will not be significantly altered. Apple has revealed that white men run the show in Silicon Valley, and that is never going to change because the megalomaniacs and tech evangelists who control that section of San Francisco care about one thing and one thing only: themselves.
